Frugal Living: 50+ Practical Lessons To Spend Less Money and Yet Enjoy Life Completely: Lara Robinson
Why do some people want to erase themselves completely from the Internet? I used to wonder about the same till I found the reason and had to do it myself. I am sure if you are considering this book, you too have a reason, but going through this process, I have learned a few valuable lessons. This book is all about those lessons, so you don´t have to learn on the go as I had to. Instead, you can use this book as a guide and just follow the step by step process and see yourself disappear from the big World Wide Web. Back in the days, if anyone wanted to live a private life, all they had to do was unpublish their home phone number and opt out of all mailing lists and you were done, but it is not so easy anymore. Every time we fill out a form, a survey, or fill out personal information on the social media, it is there forever. You may not remember what you filled out 10 years ago, but it is there for any prying eyes to see. What is even worse? Let´s say you didn´t give out much information on the web, but you browse the net often, you search and surf the web via search engines as we all do, sadly most of the search engines like Google and Yahoo keep a tab on you, they know what you search for, they know what you like and what you don´t. They do this by keeping up with your IP (Internet Protocol) address. But don´t give up, don´t think it is not doable, because it is. I have done it, and you can too, just remember it is not something that can be done overnight, it will take some time and may cost you a little money, but at the end you can achieve that privacy and freedom you deserve. Trust me you will enjoy that privacy too. One more thing, just because you are deleting yourself from the net, doesn´t mean you can have an online life anymore because you can but little differently. 1. Language: English. The ´´Birds and Bees´´ Are Best Taught Firsthand A personal call from the school principal is a call to action for Joey´s guardians. Quickly discovering their dear Joey may be growing up faster than they realize, a one-on-one discussion is deemed the best way to set the facts of life straight for Joey who´s been caught sharing intimate drawings of women with his classmates. Sometimes, a personal demonstration is the best method of instruction. So focused on administering the most accurate anatomical lesson, Joey´s teacher for his first at-home course in the most obvious and best-loved part of the female body is the woman of the household Joey loves and trusts completely. She´s sweet, sensitive, to the point, and not at all hesitant in delivering a firsthand experience he´ll never forget. When Joey´s reaction to the straightforward visual and physical tutelage is more than she expects, his live-in teacher knows it´s time for a hands-on approach. Just When Does the Necessary Lesson Itself Become the Very Reason for the Necessity of the Next? When the phone rings unexpectedly one afternoon, Joey´s guardians wouldn´t possibly presume that their innocent darling is catching the attention of his teacher for all the wrong reasons - again. Not when they´ve addressed the issue of his natural, growing curiosities about the opposite sex so straightforwardly, his maternal influence guiding him through His First Lesson so skillfully with her gentle, hands-on approach. But the school principal is forced to phone Joey´s parents yet again. This time, Joey´s focus is completely on his teacher... but not at all on what she´s trying to teach him. Joey´s one curiosity has led to another; and, just like the first, it demands immediate attention. And so, the line between lesson and real-life experience continues to blur. It´s time to teach Joey that his latest habit of classroom disruption is inappropriate... by distracting him with a new lesson in the anatomy of the opposite sex. Her at-home, firsthand approach worked so well the first time, so it must be the best way to teach Joey something new. 1. Language: English. Narrator: Me. Exercises for advancing playersThese exercises are written to improve finger, articulation and breathing technique as well as to increase in speed. They can be used on treble recorders with either German or English fingerings. As daily exercises, when mastered completely, they should be played through in 40 minutes all together. At each stage compare the time taken with the figure in seconds given at the end of each exercise, and aim at the performance of the complete book within the prescribed time. Of course, any part of it may be used as practice material and in your own time. If nothing else is mentioned, play both legato as well as staccato. The player will notice that each exercise has its own individual structure, melodically, rhythmically or harmonically; he/she is advised to trace and consider these musical features. The mastering of the instrument is reached only when the printed music is formally and harmonically completely absorbed and freely expressed while playing. The composition and the order of the exercises are based on the author´s long experience as a teacher. They aim at the extension of daily practice throughout the so long neglected complete chromatic compass of the recorder in order to comply with the demands of modern music.
