The truth is that Amber Colbright has waited her entire life for a guy like Reese Shaw. Fresh out of college and ready to start a new chapter, the couple has big plans for a serious life together. Recently engaged, they are off to a great start, with decent jobs and an even-better first home. But the real world isn’t so simple. In order to play with the big kids, you have to get a little dirty. It’s the first life lesson she’s learned since the day Amber received an anonymous message from a cyberstalker with the initials "TD" who claims to have Reese in captivity. Play with me. The kidnapper’s demands are simple: No police. No help. No harm. “Just a little game of truth or dare, and you can have your life back.” At first, it seems like a joke. But when Reese doesn’t return from a mandatory job training on the coast, everything changes. Caught in a twisted game for the cyberstalker’s amusement, Amber must throw away everything she’s learned about caution.First comes the private chat room. Next is the live-stream video where her fiancé begs her to just “play along”. Last, Amber must ultimately decide whether or not to take the final taunt. “It’s easy,” TD swears: I dare you. Come find me.... 1. Language: English. Narrator: Nicole Blessing. Audio sample: http://samples.audible.de/bk/acx0/119548/bk_acx0_119548_sample.mp3. Digital audiobook in aax.
The past is seldom as we'd have it, and the future is too uncertain a thing. Embrace the here and now. Make the most of today, it's all you have, and all you can trust in. And that's exactly what Jenevier was trying to do. Her mistakes were behind her, along with her bloody past. She wasn't even certain if she had a future anymore, she just lived each day as it came. She'd bargained with God, tried to reverse the sun, erase her murderous crime. Alas, you must be certain you can pay the price before the bartering begins. But, what do you do when your life is just one big long string of bad decisions? You grow and move forward, determined your future won't mirror your past. Or you change nothing. You just keep doing what you've always done until you stagnate and die. Either way, the decision is yours alone to make. After wrongfully killing Merodach, Jenevier trades her soul for his life and wakes up all alone in a strange new world. She must pay the price, learn her lesson, and discover her intended blessing before she can start over. But along with her epiphany, she'll find a whole new realm complete with its own set of problems. There's no perfect place in this universe because we're not perfect creatures. No matter where you find yourself, there you are. If you step into paradise dragging all your tainted and scarred baggage with you, then it's no longer paradise. Your flawed heart removes the bliss, negates utopia. Home was all she longed for, all she dreamed of. But was her home, her past, a place she could run to? Or would she find it was the one place she wanted to run from? 1. Language: English. Narrator: Melissa Carey. Audio sample: http://samples.audible.de/bk/acx0/013724/bk_acx0_013724_sample.mp3. The number-one New York Times best-selling author shares the secret of his success and teaches you how to achieve the blessed, full life that belongs to you. On January 13, 2016, at the close of a taping of Family Feud, Steve Harvey spontaneously began to speak. Not knowing that the cameras were still rolling, the $100 million host offered his studio audience insights into his own happiness and success. His staff, also moved by Steve's passionate words, shared the riveting six-minute video on social media. The clip immediately went viral, with more than 58 million views worldwide! In this very personal and illuminating guide, the number-one New York Times best-selling author elaborates on those spontaneous remarks. His message is simple: You need to jump like your life depends on it - because it does - if you truly want a life of peace and abundance. Jump explores seven vulnerable "seasons" in the Emmy Award-winner's life: being homeless and living out of his car, flunking out of college, enduring the emotional turmoil of a second failed marriage, risking stability to pursue his dream of television stardom, overcoming the Miss Universe mishap, blending his family, and owing the Internal Revenue Service $20 million. Steve uses these uncomfortable moments to explain his core principles and teach you what it means to jump: Identifying the lesson and the blessing in all that life brings our way Isolating particular moments when we must be still and when we must take action Implementing "humble aggression" to achieve our dreams Placing past mistakes in our rearview mirror and creating a fresh life story Letting go of people who are weighing us down Taking responsibility in the face of adversity At the heart of this mesmerizing listen is faith - the confidence in knowing that leaping will elevate our 1. I am writing this short real-life incident in the loving memory of my beloved father. Who passed away due to sudden cardiac arrest on 26th September 2014. The main concept behind this short piece of writing is to express my inner feelings in written and to let the world know that fathers are the best gift from Allah (GOD) to mankind. I can't summarize the blessing of a father in short but can give a lesson to those who do not care about their fathers and put them in old age homes. My message is that we should care them a lot, father is the only person on the earth who sacrifices his everything to raise his family which includes wife, children, brothers and sisters and sometimes parents as well.
The use of the pulpit for peaching may either bring blessing or condemnation to the hearers. That is the reason a preacher needs to take heed what he speaks on and off the pulpit. He needs to clearly distinguish between mere words of men from the ancient, preserved words of Christ. This sequel to "The Church of Christ Pulpit" contains 24 outlines from various books of the Bible and issues on denominational doctrines. Included here are 4 lesson summaries and exegeses from First Corinthians, Ezekiel, James and Romans. All of these were written in partial fulfilment of the requirements in the Bible courses taken by the author from International College of the Bible from the United States of America. May the preaching of the very words of Christ bring blessings to the hearers and readers, and may they be saved by obeying the gospel - believe, repent, confess, be baptized, and be faithful in the Lord.

The Bible's great Faith Hall of Fame in Hebrews chapter 11 honours Abel, Enoch, Noah, and Abraham as outstanding examples of faith and identifies the acts that qualified them for this prestigious list. Then we read, 'By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future' (Hebrews 11:20). Merely speaking a blessing? How does this act rate alongside Noah's building the ark or Abraham's leaving his country? 'And thereby,' believes Henderson, 'hangs a tale.' The first half of the book, By Faith Isaac, explores Abraham's faith journey and listens in to conversations between Abraham and Isaac as Abraham carefully passes on the faith lessons he has learned. When Abraham faces his greatest faith test, the sacrifice of his son, Isaac embarks on his own faith journey. After marrying Rebekah, Isaac has to learn a new lesson of faith-one which his forefathers had not had to deal with. Whether you love the Old Testament or struggle to read it, By Faith Isaac educates as it entertains, and at times borders on being devotional.
Claim the Life is a six-year, comprehensive spiritual formation plan for youth Sunday school. The annual themes are Journey, Word, and Faith for younger youth; Promise, Story, and Call for older youth. Each year is divided into two 16-week semesters. Each lesson begins with Tending, an intentional ritual that helps youth develop closer relationships through tending to one another and tending to God at work in their lives and the world. The planned Teaching content is focused on one word (or phrase) that is significant to the Christian faith (Commitment, Suffering, Simplicity, Blessing, Peace, Abundant Life, for example). Each lesson concludes with Sending, an intentional ritual that helps youth create SMART goals, ways in which they will practice some element of being a disciple.
